Well, my number one favorite of all places. This is just one place I'd die just to be there even for one hour. Ko Phi Phi Don Island.Whenever I hear that name, the photo below is the the first thing that comes to my mind.
Ko Phi Phi Don is the largest of all the Phi Phi islands found in Thailand. The major part of the island is basically made up of rugged limestone mountainous jungles with several beautiful beaches approximately eight, which can only be accessed by water taxi from Phuket or from mainland Krabi Province. This serene paradise is crowned as one of the most naturally beautiful islands in the world boasting with several activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, snorkeling, diving, fishing in the beautiful clear waters, camping, sailing and cruising and e.t.c...the list is long...
Who would surely want to miss such a beauty? What even makes Ko Phi Phi Don as my number one gotta-go-place is the cuisine which has its origins in Malay, Indonesian and Indian food and not to forget the almost everyday fireworks and the bars and restaurants of all types from Italian to English to don't forget the all green Papaya Restaurant which serves authentic Thai food....
Surely if there's one place I'd just want to retreat to, most definitely with a spouse, this be it...serene, green, beautiful, clear and friendly Ko Phi Phi Don. Okay I'm sure there are other beautiful places such as this island, for example Maldives which one day I'll boast about here too but Ko Phi Phi Don just rocks especially with its rugged mountains and flora, that totally makes it stand out.
